Timfaia Villa

By hewing the stone and wood, materials that abound in Zagoria and with particular sensitivity to the natural and built environment, we created the Timfaia villa. The Timfaia Manor located in Tsepelovo in Ioannina, and comprises a large living room – dining kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Majestic and luxurious villa is harmonizes perfectly with the aesthetic and architectural entity of the region. Towers situated on a hill and looks like it sprang from the past when theemigrated Tsepelovo enriching the Danubian countries built the famous mansions Zagoria that saved until today illustrate the region unique monument of historical and architectural heritage.

T sepelovo is dominant and an integral member ofZagoria at an altitude of 1200 meters and is the biggest of 44 villages. Located in the center of the national park of Northern Pindos, 45 km away from the airport of Ioannina and 120 km from the port of Igoumenitsa.

Timfaia Manor House is located in Tsepelovo of Zagoria and is a self-reliant accommodation. It is 150 square meters and consists of a large living room – dining kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It can accommodate up to eight people. From the living room where stone, wood and paintings complement each other, the view is unique. In the living room you will spend pleasant times with your friends in the company of the fireplace , especially during the cold winter days (there are plenty of woods), the TV, the Hi-Fi, D.V.D, board games, books and photo albums for the region. There is at your service a computer and free wireless internet access ( free wi-fi ).

The dining room is for eight and the kitchen is fully equipped. Electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooking utensils, dishes – cutlery is at your service if you do not prefer the local restaurants and taverns. Also you can use the barbecue located in the courtyard of the house (oven-grill-hull).

The three stylish spacious bedrooms (two triples and a double) will give you a pleasant sleep. Blankets, sheets, towels, toiletries provided. The house has adjustable central heating. The exterior of the villa surrounded by a large garden with flowers and trees and the mulberry tree in the yard you can enjoy the yard. Through the open dome balcony gaze lost in the mountain of Tymfi and Mitsikeli.
