Zissis Hotel

ZISSIS hotel is located in Aristi, one of the 45 picturesque Villages of Zagori and just next to the Vikos-Aoos National Park. The hotel is recently build in the traditional local style using stone for the walls and for the roof. Family run, houses a fully equipped restaurant where many local special dishes are served. Very close (2,5 km) to crystal clear Voidomatis river (the purest in Europe) and the mouth of Vikos Canyon (the deepest and longest in Europe), at a distance of 3,5 km. The hotel is at a distance of 48 km from Ioannina city and 40 km from it’s airport.
All spaces are decorated with fine art prints of Zagori landscapes and especially views of the nearby Voidomatis River, captured by the local photographer Costas Zissis.

ZISSIS Hotel accommodation offers warmth, comfort and tradition in its 10 spacious rooms, most of them recently renovated. All with private bathrooms, central heating, fridge, TV and hot water. Rooms have window views to the surrounding mountain scenery, the sites of the National Park area and the Village of Aristi.

ZISSIS restaurant offers a variety of local specialties, including several of the famous Zagori pies. Most of our ingredients are local produce or come from our neighboring kitchen garden.
